June 1998 - destination Cozumel, Mexico. Excellent diving, crystal clear water - everything was perfect but it was HOT! Stayed at the La Ceiba hotel which had great ammenities - large pool, swim-up bar, cozy restaurant and a nice view of the sunsets to the west. Besides the diving, the best part was the snorkling outside the restaurant. There we saw the largest collection of fish I have ever encountered - kids fell in love with snorkling and decided they wanted to learn to scuba (most excellent). |
